Auditorium:
The intimate public forum works best. ALGERIAN WHITE will also work well within a larger auditorium or theatre.

ALGERIAN WHITE: The Language of the Dead opened at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Hemsley Theatre for the 30th Anniversary Conference of the African Literature Association, April, 2004. The Hemsley Theatre is a black-box with a seating capacity of 100+.

The show will perform December 2nd and 3rd, 2004 at La Maison Francaise in the Washington Mews for New York University. La Maison Francaise is a formal drawing room/lecture hall with a seating capacity of 75+.

Production design:
It is helpful if the production company can work within a space already equipped for sound and lighting purposes: the show relies on music and atmospheric lighting. We can accommodate performances within a variety of spaces and design considerations depending on your needs.
